Sometimes, a planned trip or work stay needs to be cancelled on short notice – we understand that these situations can occur.
Please find below our clear and fair cancellation terms:

Cancellation before arrival
Up to 14 days before arrival:

13 days or fewer before arrival:

100% of the total booking amount will be charged
🔁 Rebooking / Replacement Guest
For private guests:
You are welcome to name a
replacement guest who will take over your booking.
➡️ No extra costs apply, provided the travel period remains the same.
For corporate customers with direct bookings:
From 13 days before arrival, free cancellation is no longer possible.
Instead, you will receive a
full-value rebooking voucher:

Transferable within the same company

Redeemable depending on availability
💡 Note on alternative bookings
If we are able to rebook the cancelled apartment for the same period, the corresponding amount will be
credited or refunded.
You are, of course, free to provide proof that the actual cost or loss on our part was lower.

Especially for long-term or business-related stays, we highly recommend taking out
travel cancellation insurance, so you are well protected in any eventuality.
